I can TRY – parent and child workshop with Strength Heroes (Ages 4+)

This workshops will give parents and children tools to recognise unhelpful thoughts and develop a growth mindset that will enable them to deal with difficult situations and mistakes. Participants will learn how emotions happen and tools to deal with big emotions to keep trying. You will receive our guide to supporting your children to keep trying when big emotions take over and they feel like giving up.
