My Garden of Gratitude with Strength Heroes (Ages 6-12)

Gratitude is a core foundation of resilience. In this workshop, children will explore and celebrate all the things that they are grateful for. They will capture this is a painting called my Garden of Gratitude and will learn how they can grow gratitude and kindness. Each child will decide what grows in their garden, it can be plants but who know what your child’s imagination will come up with. But beware, the garden of Gratitude may have some stinky weeds, those that appear when we forget to look for the good so our garden will have to have some protectors to make sure the gratitude can grown nice and strong.
Each child will take home their painting as a reminder on how to grow their garden of gratitude.
