Do you believe that you cannot express yourself creatively? We are all creative beings. Come and have FUN with a qualified facilitator trained in Art Therapy. Discover for yourself your intuitive qualities through the medium of art in a relaxing and supportive environment. You do NOT need a background in art, just an open mind.
The 5 week Intuitive Creative workshop involves the weekly freestyle making of Mandalas, through guided visualisation & use of art materials, for example using pastels, charcoal and paper we will explore the concept of the seasons through COLOUR, symbolism & metaphors. The group will be conducted in a fun, safe and confidential space. There is no need for ANY art experience, just come and enjoy the spontaneity and process, it is NOT an art class, the materials are used for self expression and reflection in the presence of a facilitator trained in Arts Therapy.
WK 1 – Introduction – WINTER PALETTE – WHAT IS STOPPING YOU? (Fertile energy).
WK 2 – SPRING PALETTE-PERMISSION – Are you ready to unleash your full potential?(Gifts of Illumination and Intuition).
WK 3 – SUMMER PALETTE – WILLPOWER – Are you giving yourself the best chance of Success? (A time of passion and self empowering energy).
WK 4 – AUTUMN PALLETE– PROCRASTINATION – Where are you stuck? (Personal Growth – Dusk).
WK 5 – CLOSURE – Breakthrough –WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO IN ORDER TO MOVE FORWARD? (Let the new adventures begin – making plans)!
