Join Tania from The Little Italian School in making one of her special pasta dishes! Cavatelli is a traditional pasta shape from Molise, the second smallest region in Italy and one of its best kept secrets. This pasta shape is accidentally vegetarian and vegan and Tania will tell you some stories about the pasta and how her family would make them every Sunday lunch, and how she is now continuing the tradition with her children.

The Little Italian School in Perth, Western Australia was inspired by Tania’s her father’s farmhouse school in Ripalimosani, Campobasso Italy and her profound love for her Italian heritage & culture.The property is owned by family and we continue to visit each time she returns. It holds a special place in my heart and is filled with memories of many ‘belle feste’ and fun times!
