Learn to recreate the beautiful marri trees textures of Margaret River with one of their local landscape artists, Emily Eldridge. Emily will teach you how to use colour, form and texture to create beautiful moody trees. You will learn her brush techniques and explore the use of palette knives. The best part includes splatting beautiful gold highlights and using crushed crystal in the finish of your unique creation.
This workshop is perfect for beginners, we hope to create a welcoming relaxed space for you to unleash your creative side. Better yet, a paint brush in one hand, and a wine glass in the other!

Emily Eldridge (@emilyeldridgeart, www.emilyeldridgeart.com) is a working artist and Margaret River resident who is represented by The Margaret River Art Studio (101 Bussel Highway, Margaret River). Her work explores the texture and composition of the forest with whimsical tones that spark imagination. Gold and bronze hues are used as highlights in all her paintings which include the use of sprays, palette knives, acrylic paints and ink.
Emily teaches workshops at the Art Space Collective, but also owns Bounce Education in Subiaco (www.bounceeducationservices.com)- a beautiful space where she and other artists provide day time workshops and courses. Emily’s style of teaching is all about empowerment, connection and enjoyment. You will enjoy her positive energy and uplifting down south vibes!
