Our Woven Worlds – Earth Day Weaving Workshop THURSDAY

The Art Space Collective is partnering with The City of Stirling these Easter school holidays. We’ll be keeping the kids entertained, creating and learning! Come along to Our Woven Worlds workshop, where children of all ages will be guided by artists from The Art Space Collective to create their own woven planet. We’ll be using natural materials like wool, paper and foliage to celebrate EARTH DAY.
The artworks created during these sessions can be taken home by participants or fixed to the hanging system in the Scarborough Swimming Pool, becoming a part of the larger sculptural display.
Cost: Tickets have kindly been subsidised by the City of Stirling so each ticket is $5 per person
Time: Come along anytime between 1-3pm on Thursday April 11th or 10-12pm Friday April 12th 2024.
Where: Scarborough Multi Purpose Room, Stirling Community Centre – Scarborough Beach, 163 The Esplanade, Scarborough WA 6019
Who: All are welcome! Feel free to bring the whole family! Parents are asked to stay and help their children with the artwork and also have a go themselves 🙂
