Mindfulness & Mandala Workshop with Karen at Pure Relaxation

mandala Welcome to Mindfulness and Mandalas a 3hr workshop.
In this workshop, we explore the core concepts of Mindfulness and apply these qualities to relaxing and mindfully opening to our own unique creative expression.
Each person learns how to set up and create their own original mandala design on paper and how you can use this design at home to create your own unique mandala art for your home, gifts for friends, or simply set up a beautiful mindful space to create mandala designs as a peaceful, creative and relaxing pastime.
Karen shares her passion for relaxing and mindfully drawing mandalas and the different mediums that she uses and why this has become such an essential practice in her life to relax and de-stress.
In our fast-paced lives, it is so important that in some way we take time out to relax body and mind and this is one lovely way to do it.
You will also receive a beautiful Pure Relaxation Journal Gift pack. Printed on 100% recycled paper using vegetable-based inks and printed here in Perth.
This workshop welcomes everyone whether you are a complete beginner or have drawing experience as we all share and draw together. So many people have arrived at this workshop saying that they are very analytical and haven’t got an artistic bone in their body…perfect…the process is broken down and everyone can get going!
