In this 3hr workshop we explore the meaning of Mindfulness and its application in each person creating their own unique mandala design. Mindfulness can develop our ability to become more grounded in the present moment, train our attention and develop our ability to focus. Learn how your own mandala designs can be used to create beautiful gifts and artwork for your own relaxing space.
All welcome, from complete beginners to experienced crafters and artists.
All equipment is included and morning tea is provided.
