Science meets art

Resilient kids have growth mindsets and are problem solvers.
In this imagineering workshop we will celebrate the strength of curiousity ? and creativity in our new science meets art ? workshop.
In this workshop kids will learn basic animation skills to create and take home a simple mindblowing flip book.
They will discover the magical intriguing art of print making learning a fascinating Styrofoam technique.
Kids will be amazed by the science behind making marbled paper.
Finally children will learn to deal with mistakes and use their critical thinking and creativity to make a loose parts recycled bot girl, boy, animal, alien or anything that they can imagine.
All this along with our usual DOSE of resilience.
Art techniques: drawing, printmaking, paper marbling and
BYO a willingness to try and learn from mistakes.
Paint smocks are provided but we encourage you to send your children in clothes that don’t mind a bit of mess.
Bring a healthy snack, nut free lunch and water bottle
