Master Recycler: Picasso Play and Create (Ages 6+)

Activities: Recycled painting project and 3D recycled abstract sculpture.

Does your child have a BIG imagination and cares about the environment? In this all day workshop, kids will explore the abstract world of Picasso. They will discover how the famous artist was a master recycler and used found and recycled objects in his paintings, sculptures and creations.
Kids will get curious as they learn that they can create art without following any rules. Strength Heroes talented artists will guide children to create an abstract portrait using recycled objects.
Not only will your child learn some new art skills, they will play and explore how to think outside the box and challenge how to create great art sustainably.

Knowledge Required
This fun workshop is for all skill levels. No experience needed.
What you’ll get
We will engage your children for the entire day in this entertaining and thought provoking workshop.
Kids will take home all of their finished art pieces, as well as the special tips and tricks they’ve learnt in the class.
What to bring
Kids need to bring a water bottle, morning tea, a nut-free lunch and their imagination. BYO a willingness to try learn from mistakes! Dress for mess, aprons provided.
Suitable for
This is a fun indoor activity, suitable for kids (minimum 6 years old). Adult accompaniment is not required.
