Mandala Magic – parent and child workshop with Strength Heroes (Ages 4+)

You and your child will explore the magical world of mandala making. You will be guided to mindfully explore creating mandalas using natural and loose parts. Each participant will then draw their mandala and paint their mandala that will be a powerful reminder to calm down and feel grounded when they face life’s challenges. In this workshop we will teach you and your child tips and techniques to develop emotional regulation and calm down to face life’s challenges. You will receive our guide to supporting your children when big emotions take over.
