Ceramic Earring Workshop
with ‘Mudlarks’ (2 weeks)

Learn to make and glaze a beautiful, organically shaped bowl and up to three pairs of lightweight earrings, across two weekend sessions.

In this clay making workshop, take some time to slow down and create something beautiful and lasting, either for yourself or as a gift.

Week One – (30th of August 1-4pm) In this three hour session with Della and Janet, you will learn how to make a pinch pot bowl, experiment with shape and texture, create up to 3 sets of earrings, and then learn how to apply your choice of glazes.

Week Two – (6th of September 1-2pm) In this one hour session, you will assemble your fired earrings and attach your findings. You can take your earrings home in your bowl …and step out with a pair adorning your fabulous ears!

Materials: All materials and use of tools included plus a light afternoon tea.

To Bring: Please bring an apron or wear old clothes…things can get messy!

This course suits beginners and those who may have some experience in making. We will supply earring templates but you can bring drawings, pictures or earrings you like, for inspiration.
