A Very Arty Afternoon with
Art of Resilience (Age 6-12)

13th February 2018 @ 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

$185

2018 – Term 1 – 8 weeks

“Creativity, problem solving and developing imagination is just as important (as literacy and numeracy) and our kids need it to solve the problems of the 21st century” Robyn Ewing – Professor of Teacher Education University of Sydney.

Our play based workshops are a perfect opportunity for your kids to “switch off” and let imagination and creativity take over to create unique one of a kind art pieces. It’s all about having fun and they won’t even notice that they are:
– developing social and life skills such as learning from mistakes and thinking optimistically;
– trying new things and be challenged to problem solve;
– exploring resilience themes through art and STEAM challenges;

There is a new theme and different art based projects each term. In week 8 you to join us for our A Very Arty Afternoon family session where everyone comes and joins the fun and admire the artwork produced in the term.
