Yin yoga is a beautiful practice which focuses on the deeper parts of the body, the joints, connective tissue and fascia. Holding each pose between 3 and 5 minutes, with the muscles completely relaxed allowing the connective tissues to release, and increase joint flexibility. A gentle yet powerful class which invites deep relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation.
