Dream a Little Dream
with Art Jam (Age 7+)

Join Art Jam in their Mixed Media class!
The group will experiment with a range of different mediums to create different effects, textures and patterns. These will be created on separate pieces of paper, to be torn or cut once dry, and compiled into a collage of your imagined landscape, environment, or dream place!

We will discuss the principles of art and creativity, as well as the techniques for looking after our mental health.

Our workshops are designed by an arts therapist and community arts worker, to help participants achieve a creative flow state, as a tool for improving mental health and creating better connections within communities.

There is no experience or skills required in our processed based creative workshops.

We will guide participants to create something meaningful in an environment free from judgement and pressure.
